1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the fare rules of the airline and the type of ticket purchased. AeroSwift facilitates refund requests but the final decision rests with the airline.
2. Refundable vs Non-Refundable Tickets
Refundable Tickets
- Can be cancelled for a full refund
- May have cancellation fees
- Refund processed within 7-14 business days
Non-Refundable Tickets
- No refund for voluntary cancellations
- May be eligible for credit/voucher
- Taxes and fees may be refundable
3. Cancellation Timeframes

4. Airline-Initiated Changes
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight:
- You're entitled to a full refund regardless of fare type
- Alternative rebooking options may be available

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log into your AeroSwift account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Request Refund" and follow the instructions

6. Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days
- Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
7. Special Circumstances
